You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nbajet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any other person. nbajet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you personally or by any third party who has obtained access through your disclosed or compromised credentials — is your sole responsibility. nbajet will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nbajet support immediately so that the account can be secured. nbajet may suspend the account pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected unauthorised account activity.

nbajet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted subject to availability.

All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). nbajet reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the account balance if the payment cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details, a failed verification check, or a suspected breach of these Terms. nbajet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous accounts, or payment instruments not registered in the player's verified name.

nbajet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that promotion.

All bonuses credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

The following conduct constitutes misuse of promotional offers and will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing bets on outcomes with low variance specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent (bonus abuse or "wagering grinding").

All sports bets placed on nbajet are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the sport, competition, and market type. These rules are accessible from the betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

nbajet offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and other ICC-sanctioned events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Market availability, bet types, and maximum stake limits may vary by event and market.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until nbajet's system has issued a bet confirmation reference. No verbal or other informal acceptance constitutes a valid bet.
• Odds changes: For in-play markets, odds are updated continuously. The odds displayed at the moment you submit a bet request are the odds applied to that bet if accepted.
• Void bets: nbajet reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event outcome has been determined before the bet was placed (late bet), or where an event is cancelled or abandoned before the required result condition is met.
• Match abandonment: Rules for abandoned or postponed matches are stated in the sport-specific rules. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined under Duckworth-Lewis or other methods, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout: nbajet imposes a maximum payout limit per settlement period. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be settled at the maximum payout amount. The current limit is displayed in the cashier.

nbajet does not accept liability for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service provider outages.

You may close your nbajet account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests to close an account will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used verified withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements, bonus wagering obligations, or active investigations.

nbajet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity or payment verification within the required period.
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms, nbajet reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
